Aunt May has learned of Peter's double-life as Spider-Man. To make it even worse, she saw him while he was recuperating from the fight with Morlun, which left him battered all over. She confronts him with her recently gained knowledge, and the two discuss how Peter gained his gifts, and why he uses them in the way that he does.
